How a small Rajkot foundry founded in 1998 grew five-fold into a professionally managed manufacturing unit.

What began as a small foundry in 1998 has grown, over two decades, into a well-equipped and professionally managed manufacturing unit. Here is how it happened.

The milestones

  • 1998: founded by the late Shri Vallabhbhai Rupapara, with a first batch of 20 tons a month.
  • 2006: Divyesh Rupapara joins the family business.
  • 2009: the partnership is restructured; capacity reaches 40 tons a month.
  • 2019: capacity expanded to 70 tons a month.
  • 2021: a new induction unit is launched as Nandini Foundry.
  • 2024: capacity expanded to 100 tons a month.
  • 2026: no-bake casting added for products from 100 g to 400 kg.

What drove the growth

Steady investment in equipment and people took output from 20 tons to 100 tons a month: five-fold growth in two decades. Today we manufacture around 4 tons a day and produce more than 300 items.

What comes next

Our vision is 500 tons a month by 2030, scaling production to meet growing industrial demand across India.
