In 2026 Nandini Foundry is adding no-bake casting to its Rajkot facility, for products from 100 grams to 400 kilograms.
No-bake (air-set) moulding uses sand bonded with a chemical binder that hardens at room temperature, without baking the mould. It is widely used for medium and larger castings and for parts made in smaller batches.
