Cast Iron High Pressure CI Castings are specialized, heavy-duty components designed to contain fluids or gases under extreme force (often exceeding 150 to 300+ PSI) without leaking or fracturing. While standard gray iron is used for drainage, high-pressure applications almost exclusively require Ductile (SG) Iron because of its ability to withstand internal stress and sudden pressure spikes.
